Albert Torre - President & Founder

Al Torre founded Ideocell in 2005. Al has 30 years of Department of Defense and commercial engineering experience. Most recently working in the area of Multi-Domain Awareness. His prior DoD experience includes development on major programs such as CCS MK-1, CCS MK-2, AN/BSY-2. Commercially, Al developed systems for maritime, oil & gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and professional services industries.

He is graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received a degree in Computer and Systems Engineering.

Deborah Torre - Treasurer

Prior to Ideocell, Deborah worked for a major Boston architectural firm. Her creative expertise was used in restoration and residential architecture, producing working drawings and conceptual models while her administrative expertise was used to maintain a successful and stable company. Deborah also served as treasurer for a Little Compton civic organization and has been an active volunteer in many school and civic programs.
